Yikes. I haven&#8217;t been this sick for this long in a while. Being sick in the summer is just cruel. Beautiful weather, but stuck inside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<!-- iframe plugin v.6.0 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe height=\"405\" width=\"590\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/704354333\/embed\/243917a396c18a1640d370bb84245decfc8f197b\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I finally had to get out. I hit up Johnson&#8217;s Hole from Canyon Glen Park. I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;d never been up there before. It&#8217;ll be gorgeous in the spring when the grass is green. I looped it up to the aqueduct roads for about 6.5 miles. It wasn&#8217;t that hot, but I felt pretty slow and low.
